Overview
Profit+ is a website dashboard platform for project monitoring specifically designed to manage all projects at Telkom. This platform provides various features that are useful for monitoring product performance, project management, and overseeing overall project performance. By using Profit+, users can easily access important information related to project status, timeline, and other performance metrics, making it easier to make decisions and more efficient project management.
Project Problem
The tools used today still use spreadsheets to manage projects or products in Telkom. It can be imagined that if the number of projects running and the database stored is so large, it will certainly make it difficult to manage projects. In addition, spreadsheets still have weaknesses, such as being vulnerable to database deletion. If just one data is deleted, this can cause errors that have an impact on the work process, so that the time needed becomes longer.
Goals
The purpose of this project is to support and facilitate project management work at telkom.
Design Process

In this project, I applied the 5D Innovation-Research Funneling Journey framework from Telkom Group which includes Define, Design, Develop, Deploy, and Delivery stages. Each stage ensures that the product is developed according to user needs and company goals.
In addition, we use the Agile Scrum framework to develop the product iteratively, dividing the project into several sprints that allow for quick adjustments based on feedback. Regular Daily Stand-Up Meetings are held to maintain team coordination, identify bottlenecks, and ensure the project runs smoothly, with focus and efficiency maintained.
Define Stage
The first stage is to conduct customer validation with direct interviews to website users. The purpose of this stage is to ensure that the product developed is in accordance with the needs and expectations of users. This interview helps to understand the problems and expectations of users, so as to formulate a unique value proposition. The results are used to create a lean canvas that becomes a strategic guide in product development, ensuring all aspects of the product provide maximum value to users.

Design Stage
In this design stage I create information architecture, system design, UI design and Prototyping.
Information Architecture
I designed the information structure that will be used on the website. Information architecture helps in organizing and structuring content in a way that is logical and easily accessible to users. It ensures that users can easily find the information they need without any confusion.

Design System
We are developed a design system that contains visual guidelines and design components that will be used consistently throughout the product. This design system includes elements such as colors, typography, icons, and other UI components that ensure uniformity and consistency in design.

Develop, Deploy & Delivery
For these three stages I combine them because this is actually outside my scope as UI/UX but this is the scope or responsibility of the development team, but here as a project lead I am responsible for coordinating with stakeholders and conducting regular daily meetings with the team so that there is no miscommunication while working on this project.
