Overview

Redesigned the homepage of "Tentang Anak," a parenting app for Indonesian mothers, to reduce cognitive load and improve navigation clarity. Through desk research using academic journals, I identified that users felt overwhelmed by cluttered modules and redundant features. Key improvements include restructuring the information architecture, applying progressive disclosure principles, optimizing CTA placements using Z-pattern reading flow, and adding visual feedback for active trackers. The redesign prioritizes the most-used features (growth tracking, recipes, expert consultation) while streamlining access to 15+ app modules.
